The Villa is located on large grounds with a 13 by 6-meter swimming pool and hot tub. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Jan Thiel beach, with various beach clubs, restaurants, and shops including the Van den Tweel supermarket. (formerly Albert Heyn)
You can enjoy the lovely garden and the swimming pool with a spacious pool deck. There are plenty of sunbeds on the pool deck near the pool. In addition, the villa has a BBQ in the garden, outdoor shower, lounge set, guest toilet and a separate guest shower room.

The villa has three double bedrooms with box-spring beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a luxurious rain shower and toilet, and patio doors to the garden. The master bedroom offers the option of adding a cot upon request.
Everything in this villa is of the highest quality, so comfort is assured. There is a fully equipped large kitchen with a cooking island, which overlooks the pool and the sea.
