All bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Yes. There is parking for a maximum of two cars and the site is closed and accessible via an electric sliding gate that can be operated via a remote control.

After booking you will receive a booking confirmation.

  • Payment 1, being 40% deposit on your booking (immediately so that your booking is final)
  • Payment 2, being 60% remaining payment on your booking (no later than 6 weeks before arrival)
  • Payment 100% for a reservation within 5-6 weeks before the day of arrival
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the reservation

No, unfortunately pets are not welcome in the villa.

We have both 220 and 110 volt sockets in the villa.  

Unfortunately, the minimum stay is 7 nights. 

The villa is not specially adapted for the disabled, but it is barrier-free and accessible. A shower chair/wheelchair is available on request. 

Baby cot / high chair / beach toys / games / bath are available on request. 

Please note: the swimming pool has no gates, so you are responsible for the safety of your child at all times.

There is a washing machine, no dryer. But the laundry dries quickly outside. An ironing board and iron are also provided. 

There is a safe in the master bedroom. 

Yes the pool is private. Only the tenants of the villa have access to the swimming pool. 

The house in the photos behind the swimming pool is the private residence of the owners, who are normally not present when the villa is rented. If this is different, this will always be done in advance in consultation. ​ 

We have a local manager who does the check-in and who you can contact with all your questions. 

He also arranges interim cleaning, swimming pool cleaning and garden maintenance.
